LaMontagne Gallery is pleased to present Kind of Lose My Mind, solo exhibition by Boston-based artist Joe Wardwell. Known for merging text, landscape, and abstraction, Wardwell draws from lyrics, poetry, and political discourse to confront the uncertainty and contradictions of contemporary American life. His new paintings oscillate between clarity and chaos, layering bold phrases over iconic mountain vistas to hold both humor and despair, beauty and unease. The exhibition also debuts his first hand-carved marble sculpture, Equity Belongs (2025), which reflects on questions of value, presence, and erasure in a shifting cultural and political landscape.
